Long, tidy CSV files (one row per record, SI units, blank = not recorded). They join on the code columns.

Samples0 rows One row per bulk sample and per sub-sample (mesh fraction / slide), including every control. Particles0 rows One row per picked particle with morphology, melt test, category and the final material call. Analyses & identifications0 rows One row per identification, each with its analysis (technique, instrument, libraries, spectrum file); analyses without an identification appear once with blank identification columns. The bundle is one zip with the files you picked and a README (datasets, licence, citation, column guide, methods, vocabularies, QC flags, and the note that counts are raw with controls alongside). Files stream as they are built, so large bundles start at once.

Scripting: these links carry the filters in the query string; with a logged-in session cookie they work from curl or R. The API (Phase 10) will add token access.

Counts are raw. Control samples are included with their own counts and are never subtracted; no blank correction has been applied (decision 2026-09-23).
